From a young age, Liloca was drawn to the art of dance. She found herself enchanted by its graceful movements and the music that coursed through her veins. Even as a little girl, she felt a strong pull towards the stage, and her boundless energy pushed her forward.

Her journey began at SOS Elementary School, where her commitment to both academics and dance started shaping her path. Liloca continued her education at the prestigious ISCTEM – Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologias de Moçambique.

Despite studying law, Liloca’s heart beat to the rhythm of music. Her ambitions, intertwined with her deep love for melodies and beats, led her to become an icon in Mozambique’s entertainment world.

With unwavering determination, Liloca embarked on a journey that eventually had her sharing the stage with Mozambique’s celebrated singer, “MC Roger.” As a dancer, she told captivating stories through her movements, leaving audiences mesmerized.

It didn’t take long for Liloca’s star power to shine, and she emerged as a luminary in her own right. Going beyond dance, she established the enchanting dance group “Sweet Dance,” turning stages into canvases of boundless creativity, conveying emotions with each step.

In 2006, Liloca introduced her first musical creation, “Como ela Dance,” showcasing her talents as both a dancer and a singer. This remarkable debut was followed by the irresistible charm of “Muyive,” further solidifying her presence in the music world.

Liloca’s relentless pursuit of excellence brought her recognition from Rádio Moçambique the following year, honoring her with an award for her debut CD. This accolade was a testament to her artistic journey and inspired her to continue pushing the boundaries of her art.

Her musical journey saw collaborations with some of the industry’s finest talents, including DJ Ardiles, Mr. Kuka, DJ Damost, and Nstar, showcasing Liloca’s versatility in blending her unique style with diverse sounds.

Her songs became anthems of celebration, resonating with listeners across generations and transcending genres. But Liloca’s journey was not without its challenges. An incident during a performance on Children’s Day, where the audience included parents and children, served as a reminder of the responsibility that comes with fame.

Though it was a momentary setback, Liloca’s dedication to her art and her audience guided her back to a path of grace and respect. Her concerts became iconic spectacles, drawing admirers from all corners with her magnetic stage presence and infectious energy
